Prior to becoming a partner at Hera Hub Irvine, Lisa led online sales, marketing communications, and digital marketing for several Fortune 500 companies, such as Sony, Synchrony, and Arbonne. In 2020, she turned to supporting start-ups and small business owners with web development, UX design, marketing automation, analytics, reporting, and test marketing. Lisa is passionate about enhancing customer experience and satisfaction and always focuses on ROI and results. She also enjoys coaching and mentoring others who want to learn how to leverage digital media and marketing for their success. Lisa is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a Master’s in Teaching, combining data-driven and creative approaches to deliver effective and engaging digital solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in leading and managing complex projects and operations across various industries, is a business accelerator and transformational leader. His passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement, combined with a PMP certification and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has enabled him to consistently achieve double-digit growth as a P&L leader. James’s innovative mindset and strong project planning skills have been pivotal in his success.
As the Vice President / General Manager at Tension Packaging & Automation, James strategically plans and controls operations to capitalize on emerging business opportunities. He manages the supply chain capacity, automation, technical roadmaps, and make vs. buy analysis. His expertise in manufacturing, product management, and change management aids in delivering high-quality products and services to customers. Additionally, James is a co-owner and general manager of Smash My Trash, a mobile waste compaction service that reduces waste volume by up to 70%, saving business owners money and time. He also owns a consulting firm offering coaching and mentoring to minority entrepreneurs, underscoring his mission to empower and support the growth and success of diverse and innovative businesses in the market.
