Every Monday, we tap our member base for coaches, instructors, and counselors to lead a 20-minute mindfulness exercise to center ourselves and mentally prepare for the coming week. Through meditation, breathwork, and even sound healing, we gather together to begin the week as a community with our intentions firmly in place.

Dawn Ressel will host this special New Year meditation.
This is a relaxing, cleansing form of mediation with the theme of balance. Balance is not a static concept. Just like walking a balance beam, maintaining balance in our lives requires attention, focus, and continued re-evaluation and adjustment. This meditation will help you relax the body, clear the mind, and bring greater connection with the dynamic energy of balance. Dawn is a certified Max Meditation™ instructor with the Modern Mystery School.

Hera Hub's Global Sales Support Sub-Hub meets every first and third Monday at 10am. Welcome to all Hera Hub members who could use support in bringing in business!

We will start with introductions for any new members joining us, then engage in a hybrid mastermind/accountability roundtable discussion. Each member will have an opportunity to share her current business challenges and goals, and receive feedback and suggestions from the group. If common issues arise, embers may choose to focus the meetings on these "hot topics." The goal is to be flexible and support each other as we strive to make those sales and close those deals!

Hera Hub's Global Sales Support Sub-Hub is open to any Hera Hub members who would like support and accountability in driving sales and generating income in their business. Here's how the group will run — Brief introductions around the circle - 2-3 sentences of who you are and what you do (10 min total)

Divided up time so each person gets 5 minutes (depending on group size) to lay out:
* What they accomplished from their list of tasks and goals last week
* What they are putting on their list for this week
* Any requests for resources or connections
(approx 30-45 min depending on group size for this section)

Last section of the meeting is open for anyone to ask for help with a business challenge.�(15-30 min as needed)

Meeting should be contained within 1.5 hours. If we complete early, we end early so we can get to work!

Helpful Group Interaction Guidelines —

1. Respect confidentiality — what other people share about their lives belongs to them and should stay with them.

2. Be present in the moment — keep devices to a minimum and stay attentive to whoever has the floor.

3. Hold yourself accountable to your own journey — only you can create the change you want.

4. Ask for what you want clearly and specifically — especially when it comes to how you’d like the group to support you.

5. Speak respectfully, without blaming, shaming, or fixing.

6. Ask permission before offering feedback or advice — if someone hasn’t specified, it’s best to start with “what kind of support would you like right now?”

7. Be willing to allow for mistakes — yours and other people’s.

8. Make space for humor and the unexpected — keeping an open mind allows for the flow of miracles.

9. Be on time and stay until the end — this helps everyone feel valued and respected.

10. Please mute all electronics — use vibrate if you have to be on call for anything critical.

Join us once a week a week to work on your business development! We encourage you to use this weekly time to work ON rather than IN your business. Business development can including following up on leads, creating that proposal that's been hanging on too long, working on your email or social media campaigns, anything that drives new business!

We will be using 25-min Pomodoros to hold each other accountable and take breaks as needed.

For members who want to learn from, discuss with, and support each other in the pursuit of being actively anti-racist. Members meet twice monthly to share information on pre-selected topics and engage in targeted activities such as phone banking, letter writing, and more.

Meetings: Every other Thursday, 4pm PT.
In this group, we will practice anti-racism with the goal of becoming and helping each other to become antiracists. We will learn from each other, and we will share with each other. We will always be respectful of each other and we will follow the guidelines to keep this a safe space.

The 2nd Monday monthly will be a Marketing Power Hour in which we will actually be doing marketing work. The Power Hour will kick off with a 5-10 min chat on the marketing tasks that you intend to accomplish during the hour and any brief questions for the group. Next, the group will spend some focused time getting their marketing work done, either for themselves or their clients. Dialogue is optional during this time, and members may stay on the Zoom line as long as needed to accomplish their marketing tasks.
