  • Deposit / Payment Details

    A deposit equal to booking charge is due if booked 30 days or less to event date because you are effectively purchasing those dates and we will lose the opportunity to rent the space all dates it is off the market. Cancellation refunds are issued according to the fee schedule in the Rental Agreement. Cancellations submitted (7) days or less will not be issued refunds. Card will remain on file for any cleaning, additional time needed or cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation Policy

    As stated above, if you elect to cancel prior to the date of the event, you will be charged according to the fee structure outlined in Rental Agreement and refunds will be credited accordingly. However, if we re-rent the room for your dates cancelled, we will credit your account for use at a future date.
