Mimi Throckmorton helps business owners trade overwhelm for clarity. A small business coach and the founder of Empowerment Coaching, she has helped hundreds of professional men and women find and keep inner peace while running a profitable business.
Mimi coached for more than 12 years with Buffini & Company, the world’s largest coaching company, where she built her expertise in helping business owners work by referral and put systems and structures in place for a successful business. She holds the CPCC (Co-Active Professional Coaching Credential) and the PCC (Professional Coaching Credential with the International Coaching Federation), along with a master’s in Adult Education and Training. Before coaching, she designed and facilitated management and franchise-wide development programs for Interim Personnel (now Spherion) and spent 16 years teaching music and drama in public schools.
Mimi’s passion is giving members a safe space to explore their values and vision, helping them build a business plan, and holding the space for them to take action at their highest potential, so they can lead their richest life the way they imagine it.
