  1. Membership plans – Five different membership plans to accommodate a variety of needs.  This allows members to scale as their business grows.
  2. Meeting and conference room rental – 4-person and 16-person rooms available to members and non-members.
  3. Event space rentals – the coworking space doubles as larger event space at night and on weekends.
  4. Special programs and workshops – educational programs can also be monetized for additional income. (see below)
  5. Sponsorship – we provide you a templated sponsorship package and suggestions for targets.

Curriculum and training is provided to licensees on all programs.  It’s up to you what you want to implement and when you do so.

REAL ESTATE – Because we understand that this may be your first time seeking commercial real estate we spend a significant amount of time helping you identify the right location.

  • We will help you select a qualified local broker to assist you with site selection and lease negotiation.
  • We have a polished “real estate package” you can use as a tool to market the concept to landlords.
  • We will give you feedback on each property, and help you weigh property options through our property rating template
  • Our team will mentor you on space design and improvements
  • We will provide you with a comprehensive standard layout plan with furniture and  interior design tips
  • You will receive a complete list of the furniture/equipment needed with purchasing recommendations and pricing guidelines
  • In addition to outlining how best to approach each of these areas, we also help you identify when to begin working on each of these key milestones.
REAL ESTATE BUILD OUT & PRE-LAUNCH – Additional support is available if you would like to set weekly calls or video conferences during the construction process.  We understand that this process can be challenging and we want to do everything possible to mitigate issues.
