Ana Paulo Bravo has been a member of Hera Hub Phoenix since April 2018.

What was the inspiration behind your business?

It was my own story that inspires me to share my knowledge and skill with other women. When I suffered from domestic violence and felt like I had nobody by my side, or have no money, or no job it was always another women who offered me something, from 5 dollars to a hug, a call, a pan, a raid, everything helped me to get through my hard and dark moments.

Now it is my turn to give my hand to someone who needs it, someone who dreams with a better life, someone who expect nothing from nobody as I did. I want to be the bridge to connect them to their dreams.

Who are your clients and what do you do for them?

My clients are usually all women, but I call direct to the modern women no matter the age. As a Life coach, I take them from where they are, to where they want to be.  I hold them accountable and realistic all the way to their goals. We know each other in a complementary chat, after we connect each other we start working on setting their life goals, we set up actions step by step through the series until we get there. It is amazing every time they reach their goal and they open the power door that let them know they can do anything they want!

What are your business’ values? How do they align with your personal values?

My business values are honesty, first friends, respect, open mind, privacy, and unconditional love,
It is very important for me to be honest with everything I say.  because people trust me and I always want the best for them. First friends: that means before business I want to be their friend because it is the only way we can trust each other and have fun. Respect: I won’t ever try to change anybody’s ideas or values, or thoughts because is trying to manipulate everyone nature, I just respect everybody’s essence.

Open mind it is wonderful how we can learn from each other, knowing that I am not always right, listen what works for you and share what has been working for me and learn from each other. Privacy: because my clients are mostly latin women we came from a “Machista” Culture and some of the women I work with have to hide their plans and actives from they beloved ones, and I respect that because I don not want nobody in trouble at their home, I trust everyone time. Unconditional Love: for me is to be free and accepted, I don’t need to know who my clients are, or where they come from, or what are their beliefs or the age to love them, and I show them every time I hug them!

How/Why did you choose your business name?

Nosotras las Mujeres = ” Us, the women” It is a tribute to all women because we are all unique, but at the same time, there is something on each other that make us the same. When we talk we connect to each other in our feelings and thoughts. Everything started with just a facebook page, with the only intention to connect with other women, and it happens!

After that, I made a radio show project with the same name to continue from virtual to live, and after that, I offer coaching services under the same name to keep us all connected on the same way!

What do you love most about your work?

I definitely love to hear those dreams that come from the bottom of their heart, when my beautiful clients tell me their dreams I dream! I can stay forever listening to their dreams!

What is the biggest challenge in running your own business?

Breaking the paradigm of being helped or ask for help. Many women do not know how to ask for help, or support, or guidance. It is difficult for me to let them know they can trust me and I can help them, but I knew since before I started and this is why I started. I want to break this idea.

What are your/your business’ goals for the future?

My plans are to reach the most women I can to help them and do seminars, weekend workshops, online course, and publish a book, keep up with the radio show. will help me to reach the goal.

What advice would you give to a new entrepreneur?

Believe in yourself no matter what. Do not wait for the others to bet on you, bet for yourself.

When you believe in what you see, everything it’s possible.
