Chiara has been in operations over 10 years and has been fortunate to be able to work with multiple start-ups, thus the opportunity to wear many hats, learn all aspects of the business and quickly adapt into different roles.
She has experienced first hand the challenges that startups and small business face on a daily basis, as well as the highs and lows. After being laid-off from her last startup, she decided to take control of her career and started Ops Optimized.
