Sub-Hub meetings are facilitated discussions on timely business topics. This opportunity gives you great exposure within the Hera Hub community, and it can also assist you in fleshing out new content for your business. This is not a time to sell but rather to demonstrate your expertise through an engaging and interactive discussion. It is not a presentation!

The topic should be timely and specific. We want small business owners to leave feeling they gained some new insights on their business AND know what their next steps are to implement.

A few other important notes… 

  • You must attend at least one Sub-Hub meeting before leading
  • You may lead maximum one Sub-Hub meeting per quarter
  • Your Director may suggest changes to the title, topic, or content of your submission
  • Your Director may ask you to do a dry run with them 2-3 weeks prior
