By submitting this form I agree to pay Hera Hub a placement fee to match me with a Virtual Assistant.
Based on your task list I understand that Hera Hub will match me with three VAs for the first test project. (Process managed by Hera Hub, which will present me with the final work. At that I may decide to interview one or all three of the VAs, based on the work. Then a second round of test projects will be given to the VA. I understand that I am responsible for paying the VA for these test projects (On average, $15 each). I may choose to have Hera Hub pay this on my behalf and bill my account.
Hera Hub will assist me in choosing the final VA match.
Once matched, I understand that I am solely responsible for the ongoing relationship with my Virtual Assistant (VA). I take responsibility in management of the VA and all initial and ongoing wage payments to the VA. I hold Hera Hub harmless for all matters related to the ongoing VA relationship.
I understand that Hera Hub will provide me with three VAs to test and help me make the best choice for ongoing support of my business. Once the final match has been made, I understand that I have two weeks to troubleshoot my working relationship with the VA and that I must reach out to Hera Hub for support within that window. If there is an unresolvable issue, I understand that I must contact Hera Hub within two weeks for a free rematch. If I reach out to Hera Hub after the two week grace period, I understand that I may need to pay an additional re-matching fee of $250.
