Tamzin Smith, Founder of Tamzin B. Smith Portrait Photography, specializes in contemporary, natural-light portraits for personal branding, business and social media, online dating profiles, or simply for personal enjoyment, serving individuals and businesses in the Washington, DC area. She is known for her “boutique” experience and providing her clients with “pain free portraits.”
Five years ago, Tamzin transitioned from a 23-year graphic design career to focus on portrait photography full-time. She started her career in front of the camera as a fashion model before moving into graphic design; now she spends her time behind the camera in her Rockville, Maryland, studio and on location in the DC-metro area, helping people get the perfect portrait that reflects the best, most authentic, versions of themselves.
