Hera Hub is excited to announce its first Authors’ Salon, which will take place on Tuesday, July 22nd from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The event, which is open to the public, is designed to promote and support local authors, by providing a forum to share resources and challenges in writing and publishing.
The evening will open with a brief talk by Tanya Brown, who will speak about her new book, Finding Peace Amid the Chaos. As the youngest sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, Tanya has been a vocal and nationally recognized speaker against domestic violence.
Joining Tanya Brown is best-selling young adult author Kristina Ludwig, who will participate in a panel discussion facilitated by Linda C. Scott of eFrog Press. She has published 12 e-books on Amazon, including the best-selling Amish Hearts and Amish in College series.
L. Scott, founder of eFrog Press, and an author herself, will facilitate the panel discussion, posing questions to the guest authors about the content of their books, the challenges faced by authors and what is next for them.
Following the panel discussion, guests may purchase books, chat with speakers and mix with other writers.
The cost to attend is $10 per person. Wine and a light sampling of desserts will be served. Attendance is strictly limited. Please RSVP here.
We are looking forward to hosting this exciting event! We hope to see you there!
