The objective of this art exhibit is to empower women in the business accelerator by showcasing the transformative power of art as a tool for self-expression, resilience, and personal growth. Chevy Chase Art and Hera Hub DC are pleased to present a juried show, “Sizzling Summer: A Celebration of Art in the Sun.” The exhibition dates are May 9th through September 9th and is located at Hera Hub DC, 5028 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Suite 100, Washington, DC 20016. Hera Hub Carlsbad is a natural setting in which to appreciate art. We are proud to support local female artists by displaying their works for purchase in our space and hosting a public art show to introduce them to our North County San Diego community. While the artists’ works are at Hera Hub, they receive a trade membership, giving them access to important resources to help them expand their reach and grow their businesses.

Lisa Owen is an accomplished artist whose captivating artwork is currently featured at Hera Hub Temecula. Known for her vibrant and expressive style, Lisa primarily works with acrylics, creating dynamic pieces that explore themes of nature and human emotion. Her art is characterized by bold colors, intricate textures, and a fluidity that brings her subjects to life. Lisa has had a distinguished career, with her work not only gracing galleries and exhibitions but also being featured in prominent publications such as the New York Times.

Lisa was our featured artist for women’s history month and her work will continue to featured in our space through June.
