What was the inspiration behind your business?
I came from Slovakia and went through a transition that was quite challenging since I moved to the U.S. 7 years ago. After finishing Law school I couldn’t find a legal position in New York, so I decided to start my own law firm. Today I serve people from different countries and helping them to realize their dreams in this country.
My second business – lifestyle strategy business – is a coaching business for lawyers who are feeling stuck in their life. I believe that practicing law makes only sense if you serve from your heart. I am teaching other professionals how to find their true calling and deep happiness. I also teach them how to connect with themselves. Only when they know what they want we take it to the next level. In second level I teach them how to build a successful business according to the business model that I incorporated into my practice.
Who are your clients and what do you do for them?
Foreign investors, entrepreneurs, startups. I offer investor visa services and corporate services.
Second business is strategy and coaching for lawyers and other professionals who are seeking change. It’s for high achievers who are sick and tired of corporate life and want to live abundant balanced life.
What are your business’ values? How do they align with your personal values?
I never settle for less. I am here to live my dreams (not just talk about them) and teach my clients the same. In my legal business I offer services to foreign investors and visionaries who want to come here and go big. I make sure that my legal work is the path to their success.
How/Why did you choose your business name?
Navrat & Oslanec consist of my last name and the last name of my partner. ImmigrationBiz is reflecting whom do I serve.
What do you love most about your work?
Helping others reach their true potential and live their dream.
What is the biggest challenge in running your own business?
Currently my challenge is marketing and positively influencing and motivating my employees.
What are you/your business’ goals for the future?
Currently writing a book and would like to spread my message to as many people as possible. My goal is to serve and make a change.
What advice would you give to a new entrepreneur?
Follow your heart and just do it. Don’t think too much. Start and just do it because you may never be ready.
