October 10th marks World Mental Health Day, a time to raise awareness and promote mental well-being. This year, we’re spotlighting Hera Hub DC member Adele Currin, a Relationship and Communication Coach, who emphasizes the vital role that healthy relationships play in fostering happiness and supporting mental health. Hope you will take a moment to listen in!

Adele Currin is a Transformational Relationship & Communication Coach who helps individuals and couples who are craving more authentic and fulfilling relationships. She believes that everyone is capable of developing the skills they need to have the kind of love they really deserve. As a Registered Nurse with multiple coaching and hypnotherapy certifications, Adele’s approach is comprehensive, compassionate and grounded in the teaching and practice of real life, tangible skills.

She consistently stretches herself in her own life through her own practices of daily meditation and exercise, working with her own coaches, and learning new tools and techniques. When she’s not engaged in some form of personal growth, you can find her eating Steak Frites at the French restaurant around the corner from her home in Washington, D.C. or planning her next adventure to South America.
