I have to admit that hit the happiness gene lottery.  I’ve heard of SAD but never experienced it… until this year.  I invited my friend Linda Lattimore to join me in a conversation about the aftermath of COVID and the effects on our mental health.  We discuss what we are seeing and what we might do to shift out of our isolation mentality.  #initiate
