In 2011, Rita left her life as a business attorney (which she led for over 10 years) and became a dating & relationship coach.  Her first year in business, she was asked to tour as an expert panelist and speaker, serve as an expert for The Washington Post and was a finalist for Best Dating Coach in the iDate 2014 Awards.

Rita found that people approaching her for strategy sessions were not looking for dating help but, rather, wanted to know how she left Corporate America and grow a successful business so rapidly!

She began coaching entrepreneurs on starting and building their businesses and has since founded the Women’s Business Garden, a global community of women who are creating a new world through entrepreneurship.

In June 2016, Women’s Business Garden was nominated and selected as a change-making company by the State of Women Summit, convened by The White House.
