In honor of March Women’s History Month, Dr. Alisha Wilkins sat down with Pina Nast—an artist, teacher, and author—whose work blends intuition, emotion, and creativity to inspire healing and self-connection.
Through her art, Pina creates experiences that encourage individuals to pause, reflect, and truly feel—a rare gift in today’s fast-paced world. In this conversation, she shares her journey, the power of intuitive creation, and how art can be a tool for self-discovery and emotional healing.
Pina is an artist, reiki master, teacher and author who is passionate about creating art and experiences. Pina has a Masters in Education from Boston University and has spent the last 20 years working with students of all ages. She uses her expertise as a teacher to help guide children and adults through the creative process. She currently resides in Temecula, CA with her family. She teaches private and group classes in person throughout Southern California and virtually anywhere.
