On December 1st, we celebrated National Women Support Women Day, a holiday that recognizes the invaluable contributions women make to each other’s success and well-being. It’s a day to acknowledge the power of female solidarity, the strength of women lifting each other up, and the positive impact women have on each other’s lives. At Hera Hub, we’re proud to be a community of empowered women who lift each other up and inspire one another to achieve our goals. We foster a collaborative environment where women can connect, learn, and grow together, sharing their knowledge, experiences, and resources.
To commemorate this day, we’ve gathered stories from inspiring members across our seven locations. These women-owned businesses are dedicated to serving other women, providing services that cater to their unique needs. Join us as we shine a spotlight on these amazing women and their businesses, and let’s continue to celebrate the power of women supporting women every day.

Darlene Hawley, Darlene Hawley Business Coach
Darlene Hawley is a business and leadership development coach who helps entrepreneurs and executive leaders find their voice and master communication in high-stakes conversations and presentations, whether in the boardroom, on a sales call, or around the dinner table. Darlene specializes in empowering ambitious, heart-centered entrepreneurs—often women—who are at least two years into their business and ready to elevate their visibility, attract ideal clients, and create the impact, freedom, and flexibility they desire. She also works with executives, senior leaders, and teams, strengthening their inner and outer voices so they can confidently speak up for themselves and advocate for the issues that matter most to them and their organizations. Darlene’s coaching helps leaders move others to take action, whether they are in the boardroom or leading a team toward success.
As a little girl, I was often told not to speak up, and like many women, I struggled with the confidence to do so. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women, especially those who feel silenced or overlooked, find their voice and speak up—especially when it feels hard. Through my work, I empower women to show up confidently in high-stakes conversations, whether in the boardroom, on a sales call, or leading important discussions in their lives. I also help them create powerful messaging for their business and website, so they can attract the dream clients they’re meant to serve. My mission is to help women break through barriers, craft their authentic brand story, and create the impact, freedom, and flexibility they’ve always dreamed of.

They source each product from sustainable, women-owned brands and believe that by bringing better brands to more moms, we can start taking better care of ourselves, our families and the planet.
We source products from women-owned businesses and are delivering these care packages to support the well-being of mothers. Essentially, the entire business model is centered around women supporting women.

We’re especially focused on helping women navigate their roles sustainably, as they are often stretched far too thin – juggling high expectations, limited resources, and competing demands, which creates an unsustainable cycle of overwork and burnout. Our goal is to support leaders in creating lasting, meaningful change by helping them build systems and infrastructure, streamline workflows, and leverage technology. This approach amplifies their organization’s impact without overburdening themselves or their teams. It’s about breaking the cycle of burnout and creating replicable strategies for long-term, broader impact.
