National Entrepreneurship Week takes place during the third week of February annually. It’s a congressionally chartered week dedicated to empowering entrepreneurship across the United States. The annual initiative aims to bring together a network of partners from Maui to Miami to educate, engage, and build equitable access to America’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
This year we asked four Hera Hub members, “What do you love about being an entrepreneur?”
Kim Richards, Caring for Mama
Kim Richards started Caring for Mama after she experienced the profound transformation of becoming a mother. Recognizing the often unseen strength and devotion mothers give to their families, she was inspired to support other mamas in a meaningful way. Caring for Mama curates unique care packages to support mama’s well-being through every stage — from new beginnings to life’s many transitions. They source each product from sustainable, women-owned brands and believe that by bringing better brands to more moms, we can start taking better care of ourselves, our families and the planet.
