Hera Hub is becoming a driving force in the female entrepreneurial movement.  We are looking for key women, who are leaders and connectors in their community.  Women who are passionate about creating a platform for creativity, collaboration, and prosperity.

Changing the face of business…

In our mission to support over 20,000 women in the launch and growth of their business. We are building an international community of female entrepreneurs who value the opportunity to support one another through peer-mentoring opportunities.  Our vision is to demonstrate “true collaboration” so that we may eventually shift the culture away from a mindset of “scarcity” and “competition”.  Our goal is to connect women city-to-city and country-to-country, to create a new vision for the future.  One that eventually positively influences the tone of business in corporations and even… politics.  We are creating #TheHeraTribe.

Step-by-Step Process

This program was designed to give the potential licensee a way to evaluate the business opportunity.  Through the content and steps via the DiscoverHeraHub.com platform, the candidate will be able to determine if the opportunity is a “fit” for both themselves and their community.

The process will require approximately 10-12 hours of total research.  Each step is reviewed in a 45 minute weekly Zoom call with Hera Hub’s founder, Felena Hanson.

Week 1 – Licensing overview and work-style assessment
Week 2 – Research on area demographics, coworking space landscape & professional women’s organizations
Week 3 – Identifying the “right”space and evaluating lease rates/options – includes template
Week 4 – Financial projections / financial modeling – includes template

If all aspects look promising then the candidate will receive a copy of the licensing agreement to evaluate with an attorney.

Take a moment to hear what our Swedish licensee has to say about the market assessment process.

One of the final steps of the process is to spend time (1-3 days) with Hera Hub’s founding team, location directors, and the Hera Hub community in San Diego.  We call this “affirmation day”.

This interaction is a critical part of solidifying the relationship.

Last, but not least, the license will be awarded after a favorable vote by “The Collective” – the group of space owners and operators.  We want to ensure that the “fit” is right for the Hera Hub family.

Because we want to make sure the individual is serious about this opportunity and process, we charge a fee of $499 to initiate the Market Assessment.
