These are their Top 10 “Pink” Products for Breast Cancer Awareness!

Power of Self-Educating

This is the perfect time to support PINK for Breast Cancer awareness, research and prevention. Ask yourself if you know or lost someone to breast cancer. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer among women in the United States (cdc.gov). A whopping 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime (breastcancer.org). Make sure you’re taking steps to self-examine on a regular basis, and check out Bright Pink’s awesome online risk assessment quiz to become more self-aware and help others educate on this disease. Bright Pink also provides resources on how to perform a self-exam, offers information on genetic testing, explains when to get a mammogram, and shares how family history is an important factor in the disease.

Power of Pink

This month (and next please), we challenge you to text at least one person in your life about the power of PINK. Ask them to take a breast cancer risk assessment quiz and perform a self-exam. Whether it is your mom, grandmother, friend, brother (yes, men can get breast cancer too!) best friend, neighbor or aunt, take 2 minutes to show them you love them in the best possible way. Then, treat yourself or show off one of the awesome products below.

All the products give back to a specific breast cancer organization, and they are all from our fave Hey Social Good brands! And, if you don’t get to it this October, keep these Top 10 “Pink” Products for Breast Cancer Awareness in mind for the rest of this year or next, because breast cancer awareness education should last all year long.
