Rosemary Czopek is a California entrepreneur now based in Puerto Rico. She began her journey with Gorilla Stationers, a distribution and stationery business she ran for over a decade. Frustrated with the challenges of hiring and retaining talent locally, she turned to remote staffing, an experience that transformed her business and inspired her next venture.
In 2023, she founded Staff4Half to help fellow entrepreneurs scale by connecting them with exceptional Latin American talent. Her mission is rooted in creating freedom, giving business owners the bandwidth to grow while providing high-quality job opportunities in emerging markets.
