Alison French, MBA, specializes in helping companies scale revenue by focusing on the intersection of sales and marketing with a particular passion for leveraging the power of in-person events and trade shows. Throughout her diverse career, which has included roles such as Co-Founder, CEO, COO, and VP of Marketing, French has consistently recognized the fundamental importance of face-to-face interactions in driving long-term business success.

With over two decades of experience, French has built brands, launched products, and crafted sales-focused marketing strategies for numerous companies. Her journey began with building out a marketing team at the world’s largest yacht brokerage at 22, and has included being employee number one at several multi-million dollar companies. This varied background has given her an innate sense for driving businesses forward, always with an eye on how in-person connections can amplify growth efforts.

French’s career has taken her around the world, hosting trade shows in California, Florida, Monaco, Russia, China, France, and the Dominican Republic. This global experience, spanning five countries over 20 years, has shaped her unique business perspective and reinforced her belief in the universal value of face-to-face interactions.

Currently, French is reimagining how B2B sales and marketing will align to maximize revenue through her work with LTO. As the driving force behind the company, she has developed innovative solutions to help businesses maximize their ROI from trade shows and conferences. This includes the creation of ShowScout, a sales activation and accountability platform for trade shows and conferences.

French’s journey to becoming one of the country’s few female CEOs and founders in the tech industry has been marked by her ability to balance digital innovation with the irreplaceable value of in-person connections. She has consistently integrated events into broader marketing strategies, whether through exhibiting at medical conferences, sponsoring community events, or strategically navigating exhibit halls to forge new partnerships.

Based in San Diego, French has worked remotely for most of her professional life due to her husband’s military career. When not helping raise companies, French and her husband are raising their three children (ages 12, 9, and 6). In her free time, she enjoys gardening and is currently creating a Pollinator Paradise to encourage visits from bees, Monarch butterflies, and hummingbirds.

As a mother of daughters and a successful leader in the tech industry, French is passionate about helping other women, especially military spouses, juggle thriving careers and motherhood. Through her work with LTO and ShowScout, she continues to innovate at the intersection of technology and human connection, always driven by her belief in the power of bringing people together to drive business growth.
