Elizabeth Andrew is a tech entrepreneur, sales executive, and the founder of “The 4×4 Method“, a growth framework and coaching platform designed to help professionals and founders achieve accelerated personal and business transformation.
With a career spanning corporate finance, high-growth tech startups, and multiple successful exits, Elizabeth is a 3-time founder known for her ability to scale teams, drive revenue, and execute smart exits. Most recently, she co-founded SalesCompete, a Slack-based sales competition platform for teams using Salesloft and Outreach. Built from scratch and bootstrapped, SalesCompete was successfully acquired in 2024—just 15 months after launch.
Previously, Elizabeth served as Vice President of Sales at Pluma, where she led revenue growth and played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Skillsoft in 2021. She later led sales at Netomi, an AI-powered customer experience platform, further establishing her reputation as a results-driven GTM strategist.
Elizabeth’s path into tech was unconventional. After a 17-year career pause to raise her family and serve on multiple nonprofit boards, she re-entered the workforce in her late 40s, eventually becoming one of Silicon Valley’s top sales leaders. Her story of reinvention has inspired audiences across TEDx stages and national platforms, including her role as a cast member on Legacy Makers TV.
Today, through The 4×4 Method, Elizabeth supports high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, and career pivoters through masterminds, coaching, and strategic advising.
