“The Think Tank” gives you an opportunity to tap the wisdom of the crowd on a new business concept or pivot. You get three minutes and three slides to explain your concept to the community. You then elicit feedback through a written survey comprised of three specific questions. Please use the Three Question Template to prepare and print your questions to handout for “The Think Tank”. There may also be time for a few clarifying questions while the group fills out the brief survey.
This has been a great way for members to get high level feedback on target markets, pricing strategies, and potential strategic alliances. It’s also been a great way to gauge interest for setting up additional focus groups.
