Dr. Megan Thoma, DC is a functional medicine practitioner and chiropractor who loves to nerd out about all things health and wellness. After practicing chiropractic in downtown Chicago for nearly 10 years, Dr. Thoma now has a telehealth functional medicine practice in San Diego. Functional Medicine is holistic, whole body, root cause health care and gives the tools to dig deep to find out why you don’t feel your best, even when your doctor says “there’s nothing wrong with you, this is normal”. Dr. Thoma specializes in women’s health conditions in different decades of life, with a focus on solving fatigue, thyroid health, hormone imbalances, sleep troubles, and autoimmune conditions.
Every Monday, we tap our member base for coaches, instructors, and counselors to lead a 20-minute mindfulness exercise to center ourselves and mentally prepare for the coming week. Through meditation, breathwork, and even sound healing, we gather together to begin the week as a community with our intentions firmly in place.
