Janelle Doll
Janelle manages the backend of all Hera Hub locations. Her job is to make sure that everything runs smoothly, from room bookings to payment processing. She is consistently improving software systems and franchise operations. Janelle loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Toni Craig-Cox
Toni is the ninja behind the scenes. She often uses her degrees in Psychology, Counseling, and Accounting. Toni does everything from facility maintenance and website maintenance, to payroll and member systems management. She is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and efficiency of Hera Hub.
