In our next meeting on Verne Harnish’s Scaling Up book, Nicole Hagaman will be covering the Ch. 7, “The 7 Strata of Strategy: The Framework for Dominating Your Industry.”  We will be workshopping the accompanying worksheets that accompany this chapter with Nicole’s guidance.
