This week’s Mindful Monday will be hosted by Kelley Grimes. She is a counselor, author, speaker and self-nurturing expert and owner of Cultivating Peace and Joy. Kelley empowers overwhelmed and exhausted individuals to live with more peace, joy and meaning through the practice of self-nurturing. She is also the Director of Community Engagement for Leap to Success and has been co-hosing their Self Care in Stressful Times webinar series on Tuesdays at noon.

We’ll be doing a guided mediation to:

  • Reconnect you with your strength, power, and purpose
  • Cultivate a resilient mindset
  • Identify what the most nurturing next step would be personally and professionally
  • Nurture yourself and your business.

Every Monday, we tap our member base for coaches, instructors, and counselors to lead a 20-minute mindfulness exercise to center ourselves and mentally prepare for the coming week. Through meditation, breathwork, and even sound healing, we gather together to begin the week as a community with our intentions firmly in place.
