    As a reminder, your card will be on file for any cleaning or cancellation fees. Payment: A 50% deposit is required when the room booking reservation is made and the remaining 50% will be charged 7 days before the booking occurs.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you will receive a full refund on your deposit. If you cancel within 8 days of the event, you will receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Refunds will not be issued if the event is cancelled after the final charge has been made (7 days before the event).
