Zinnia has a Master of Science in Nursing degree and is graduating in May 2023 with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate. As a wife, mom, mental health nurse, graduate student, and former ICU nurse, Zinnia has experienced the effects of burnout. Her personal journey with burnout recovery inspired her to create ZinZen Life to inspire others to no longer feel that they have to choose between their health, career, and family.
