Cassandra Schramm has been painting her whole life and has a constant urge to develop her artistic skills. Though she has been involved in many art-related fields, her passion has always been painting and decorative wall finishes, and she has been painting murals and faux finishings for the last two decades. Cassandra was born and raised in Southern California, but has lived all over the country and different parts of the world. She is also a proud Veteran of the USMC. Cassandra is grateful for the unique outlook shaped by these experiences. She says her “journey through art has been the most interesting, frustrating, and empowering part of my life.”
San Diego based artist originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Self-taught freelance painter, full time social worker and nature enthusiast. Hanna Kazik is interested in creating realistic(ish) oil paintings that play with the beauty of life and death in its simplicity. Everyone and everything is beautiful in its own way, and she hopes that her paintings allow others to find beauty in objects they otherwise might not. When not painting skulls or flowers, she enjoys commissioning pet portraits, focusing on aspects that bring their personality and uniqueness to light. In the future, Hannah hopes to create with more focus on bringing individuals together through art – whether through art classes, community projects, or murals to brighten public space.
Leah Sarrah Bassett
Leah Sarrah Bassett is a self-taught artist from Baltimore, now residing in Southern California, whose creative production revolves around classic figurative painting, presented in contemporary manner. Through her art, she intuitively taps into the vulnerability of the human condition, and with open-hearted love addresses the contrast of the dark and light that exists within all of us.
Artist Olga Tenyakova received her art education in classical traditions of the Russian Fine Art School. Her artistic journey took her from the Pacific shores of Russia to the United States where she continued her studies in figurative art, painting, and later – book illustration. Although Olga's "native" artistic medium is pen and ink on paper, she is a skilled watercolor artist and painter. Her acrylic paintings series entitled “The Journey Of Light” is a unique self-exploration beyond representational art into the uncharted territories of ever-changing Cosmos.
San Diego-based oil painter, Kimball Willson, specializes in custom pet portraits. In each painting she captures the personality of the animal while making the piece an interesting work of art through her use of color and varied brushstrokes. In addition to pet portraits, she also makes abstract paintings for the home office to create an inviting feel through stylish decor.
