Irene LaCota, Cofounder of It’s Just Lunch –

Irene LaCota currently serves was the co-founder of one of the largest dating services in the world, and currently serves as the President/Chief Marketing Officer.  Nine years at the helm has allowed her to witness first hand the dating challenges of singles trying to balance a work and personal life. LaCota holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a MBA from University of N. Texas. She has served as a top executive for several leading-edge service organizations and today, is recognized as a thought leader in the dating world.


Jolene McDonough – Founder, Systems Success –

Jolene McDonough works with companies, team leaders and individuals in restoring and/or creating operational and financial systems/processes that are crucial to operating a business in today’s environment.  She knows the importance of having solid business systems and structures. Dominique Molina – President, American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches –


Dominique Molina is the co-founder and President of the American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches. As the driving force and visionary behind the San Diego-based company, Ms. Molina set out to change the way tax professionals approach tax planning. In 2009, Ms. Molina began to create an elite network of tax professionals including CPAs, EAs, attorneys and financial service providers who are trained to help their clients proactively plan and implement tax strategies that can rescue thousands of dollars in wasted tax. Her more than 12 years of hands-on experience in the accounting and business fields provide her with ample skills to accomplish this mission. Laura Kozelouzek is recognized leader and veteran of the serviced office industry. Laura is the founder and CEO of Quest Workspaces, which provides shared office space, virtual offices and meeting. Founded in 2010 Quest operates 6 locations throughout southern FL and NYC. Prior to Quest Workspace, Laura was the creator and CEO of Synergy Workplaces a company she grew in 3 years to 25 national locations representing 500,000 sq ft, 3,000 workstations and 25 million in sales before being sold.

She began her career in real estate with an executive suites company that eventually became Regus. As a regional executive she was responsible for 80 locations, 500 employees and over 180 million in sales. Prior to that she played a lead role in consolidating the serviced office industry. She has been featured in dozens of media outlets including CNN, Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times during her career.

As a serial entrepreneur Laura has also owned a trendy NYC restaurant and launched a real estate newspaper. She graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and has been a member of the Presidents Council of Cornell Women since 1999.
